**Position Summary:**

We are currently seeking dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services to adult patients in home health settings across metropolitan Houston. **Primary Responsibilities:**

- Assist in conducting assessments to identify physical therapy needs of adult patients.

- Implement personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

- Administer therapeutic interventions and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

- Provide patient education on therapeutic techniques and exercises.

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

**Qualifications:**

- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

- Current Texas State License or eligibility for licensure.

- CPR Certification.

- Professional Liability Insurance.

- Prior experience in adult home health settings is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Completion of TB testing/screening.
